摘　　要：分光光度计是实验室里最常用的一种理化分析仪器,本文就分光光度计在使用过程中出现的几个常见问题,如仪器的预热、波长准确度的检查与校正、吸收池的使用方法、吸光度测定重复性等问题进行分析,并提出解决这些问题的适宜方法。Ultraviolet Visible Spectrometer spectrophotometer is one of the most commonly instruments used in the laboratory for physico-chemical analysis,Some common Problems meet in the process of using such as Preheating of instrument,wavelength accuracy check and calibration, using method of absorption cell, Absorbance measurement repeatability was analysised in this paper, and several suitable method to solve these problems was proposed.
