产业园区建设与地方经济金融协调发展——基于梧州市产业园区发展状况的探索

摘　　要：近年来,伴随我国产业结构调整和产业转移步伐的逐步加快,全国各地以工业经济为主导的产业园区建设空前发展。但如果产业园区建设中各种资源要素不能有效结合,则可能会增加当地环境和资源的压力,影响地方经济社会发展。因此,本文试图通过分析梧州市产业园区的建设及投融资现状、对梧州经济社会发展的贡献及其存在问题,为产业园区建设与地方经济金融协调可持续发展进行一些有益探索。In recent years,with the gradual accelerating of Chinese industrial structure adjustment and industry transfer, the construction of industrial parks which take industrial economy as the leading factor has been developing at an unprecedented rate throughout the country. However,if different resource elements can＇t be combined effectively during the industrial park construction, it will bring pressure to the local environment and resources and influence local economic and social development. Therefore, this paper attempts to analyze the present condition of Wuzhou＇s industrial park construction, its investment and financial situation ,its contribution to economic and social development and existing problems , in order to make some investigations on the coordinated development of industrial park construction and regional economy and finance.
