广西低碳经济发展及其金融支持研究

摘　　要：通过对能源消费、能耗、碳排放等系列统计数据的实证研究表明,当前广西经济面临着对能源消耗依赖过大、产业结构不合理、低碳技术投入不足及社会低碳意识薄弱等问题,阻碍着经济低碳化发展。为此,提出了通过充分发挥金融支持的导向性作用,建立起包括商业银行、政策银行、信托、证券、风险投资、保险、地方综合融资服务平台等的、各金融部门协同支持和引导低碳经济发展的若干思路和操作建议,供政府和行业监管部门决策参考。Empirical studies of the energy consumption, carbon emissions and other series of statistical data shows that problems now faced in Guangxi province are the large energy dependence, irrational industrial structure, inadequate investment in low-carbon technologies and the awareness remains underdeveloped in society, which hamper the development of low-carbon economy. Full playing the guiding role of the financial support, guiding the development of low-carbon economy, to provide reference for the government and industry regulatory decision-making.
