两套氯化氢合成及盐酸装置比较

摘　　要：对河南神马氯碱发展有限责任公司10万t/a和20万t/a烧碱配套HCl合成及盐酸装置的工艺、自动控制方案和运行情况进行比较,结果表明:10万t/a烧碱配套HCl合成及盐酸装置的手动操作占优势,20万t/a烧碱配套HCl合成及盐酸装置的占地面积、人员配置、自动控制方面占优势。The HCI synthesis and hydrochloric acid production devices associated respectively with 100 000 t/a caustic soda and 200 000 t/a caustic soda in Henan Shenma Chlor-Alkali Development Co. , Ltd. were compared in terms of process, automatic control scheme and operation conditions. The results show that the HCl synthesis and hydrochloric acid production device associated with 100 000 t/a caustic soda had advantage of manual operation, and the HCl synthesis and hydrochloric acid production device associated with 200 000 t/a caustic soda has advantage of cover area, personnel allocation and automatic control.
