摘 要:在对我国凝胶堵漏剂的应用现状进行文献调研的基础上,结合现场应用实际,优选出得到广泛应用的聚合物凝胶并进行室内实验研究。分别考察温度、压力、pH等因素对聚合物凝胶在盐水中膨胀性能的影响。结果表明,聚合物凝胶堵漏剂在盐水中膨胀倍数比在清水中低,膨胀时间为6 h时,两者相差1.85;温度对聚合物凝胶在盐水中膨胀性能影响较大,压力和体系pH影响不大。对聚合物凝胶进行模拟堵漏试验得知,凝胶能有效地形成封堵层。On the basis of the literature study taking the actual application of plugging agents at related to domestic application of gel plugging agents while production sites into consideration, a polymer gel that has been widely used at production sites was selected for carrying out laboratory test. The effect of temperature, pressure and pH value on the swelling of polymer gel in saline water was studied respectively. According to the results, the times of swelling of polymer gel in saline water is lower than that in clean water, and the swelling time of polymer gel in saline water is 6 h that is 1.85 times difference between that and in clean water. The temperature has large effect on the swelling performance of polymer gel in saline water, while the effect of both pressure and pH value is little. According to the results of simulated plugging test with polymer gel, gel can form a plugging zone effectively.
