摘　　要：目前,黑龙江省高校图书馆特色数字资源建设存在数据规模小、质量参差不齐、共享程度低、资金短缺等问题。在宏观方面,黑龙江省高校图书馆数字资源建设要自上而下统筹建设模式,实施在联盟框架内分散建设、集中服务的模式,并采取相应的建设策略。At present,the characteristic digital resources construction of university libraries in Heilongjiang province has the problems,such as data size is small,uneven quality,share low and a shortage of funds.At the macro level,Heilongjiang province should top-down plan the building model,decentralized construction centralized service model within the framework of union and take the appropriate construction strategy.
