摘　　要：随着我国经济的快速发展,建筑行业已经成为我国经济发展的基本产业,与此同时,房屋建设的工程质量不但关系到人民生命财产的安全,并对我国社会稳定性有着重要的影响。本文主要针对当前房屋建筑工程中的施工质量问题进行分析,对影响工程质量的因素进行归纳并提出相关的质量控制措施。As the rapid development of the economy, the industry has became the basic industries of the economic development. At the same time, the building quality is not only important for people＇ s lives, but also the society stability. This article mainly aimed to analyse and summarize the quality questions in the current housing construction, and put forward the relevant quality control measures.
