环丙沙星不良反应国内文献的系统性综述

摘　　要：目的 :综述环丙沙星引起的各种不良反应的文献报道。方法 :以国内公开发行的 10种医药学期刊中有关环丙沙星不良反应的随机对照临床试验为基础 ,兼顾少见不良反应病例报道进行系统性综述。结果 :环丙沙星的主要不良反应有消化系统症状、过敏反应和中枢神经系统症状等。其发生的严重过敏反应和肝肾损害亦可导致患者死亡。结论 :环丙沙星的各种不良反应日见显现 ,必须加强对环丙沙星不良反应的监测。The literature on the Ciprofloxacin-induced adverse drug reactions (ADR) was reviewed in this article. The reports on the random control clinical studies appearing in 10 domestic medical periodicals plus some articles on rare adverse drug reactions in other medical journals were collected and evaluated. The review showed that the main Ciprofloxacin-induced adverse drug reactions included gastrointestinal symptoms, anaphylaxis, and symptoms of central nerve system. The severe anaphylaxis and renal and hepatic injuries might cause death of patients. It is suggested that the Ciprofloxacin-induced adverse reaction is now on the rise and the monitoring of its ADR needs to stepped up.
