摘　　要：目的　探索氯氮平血浓度对白细胞总数的影响。方法　测定 2 8例病人氯氮平治疗前白细胞总数、治疗后 1、2、3周末白细胞总数和氯氮平血药浓度。结果　氯氮平血药浓度 1周末比 3周末为低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,但 1周末白细胞总数升高的却比 3周末明显。结论　氯氮平在治疗初期 ( 1周 )能直接刺激白细胞增加 ,但随着治疗时间的延长 ( 3周 ) 。Objective To explore clozapine serum level effects on total number of white blood cell.Method It was measured for total number of white blood cell at pretreatment,posttreatment 7th day,14th day and 21th day as well as for clozapine serum level at posttreatment 7th day,14th day and 21th day in 28 inpatients with psychiatric disease.Result Although clozapine serum level was lower at 7th day than at 21th day in these inpatients,increase of white blood cell was more apparent at posttreatment 7th day than at posttreatment 21th day.Conclusion Although white blood cell could be increased by clozapine at posttreatment 7th day,the effect would occur adaptation with expanded clozapine treatment(posttreatment 21th day).
