摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在主动脉内球囊反搏(intrar aortic balloon pump,IABP)术后患者中应用的效果。方法给予46例行IABP术后患者实施舒适护理。术后5d观察患者焦虑及不适症状情况。结果 46例患者焦虑评分为(1.22±0.3)分,属于轻度焦虑状态;不适症状在舒适护理后5d内得到缓解。结论 IABP患者应用舒适护理干预后,能有效缓解IABP患者术后过度的紧张心理及不适,提高患者生理与心理上的舒适感,有利于患者康复。Objective To observe the effect of comfort care on the patients after intra-aortic balloon pump （IABP）. Methods 46 cases of patients after 1ABP were applied by comfort care. The emotion and indisposition symptom of patients were observed after five days of operation. Results The anxiety grades of 46 cases of patients were （1.22 ± 0.3）, which belonged to mild anxiety. The indisposition symptom was relieved after five days of operation. Conclusion The intervention of comfort care on the patients after IABP can effectively relieve the excessive tension and indisposition symptom, and raise the physiology and mentally comfortable emotion of the patients, which contributes to their rehabilitation
