注射流程再造在预防高压静脉注射造影剂渗漏中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨注射流程再造在预防高压静脉注射造影剂渗漏中的应用效果。方法选择行螺旋CT增强扫描检查的患者13599例,按检查时间分为对照组6568例和实验组7031例。对照组患者在高压静脉注射造影剂时采用传统的注射流程,观察组采用注射流程再造。观察和比较两组患者渗漏和肿胀发生情况的差异。结果观察组患者注射部位渗漏和肿胀发生率低于对照组,两组比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论采用高压注射造影剂再造流程能及时发现造影剂渗漏情况,采取有效的处理,从而避免或减轻造影剂渗漏及其组织损伤,进而提高造影剂安全使用质量。Objective To investigate the effect of improved injection procedure in prevention of extravasation of contract medium at high-pressure intravenous injection. Methods 13599 patients receiving spinal CT enhancement scanning were divided into control group （n = 6568） and experiment group （n = 7031）. Those in the control group received injection of contract medium by a conventional injection procedure and those in the experiment group by a improved injection procedure. The two groups were compared in respect of extravasation of medium and swelling incidence. Result The experiment group was significantly lower than the control in extravasation of medium and swelling incidence （both P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The improved injection procedure helps for the detection of extravasation of medium. It is good for preventing extravasation of medium and tissue damages and therefore for the improved safety in using contrast medium.
