摘　　要：目的分析甲型H1N1流感暴发的原因,探讨劳教所甲型H1N1流感暴发的处理措施及效果,为今后有效开展甲型H1N1流感防制工作提供依据。方法收集病例个案流行病学及临床资料,对劳教所基本情况、环境卫生状况及病例咽拭子的实验室检测结果进行分析,并采取综合控制措施。结果本次劳教所甲型H1N1流感疫情发生共339名学员发病,罹患率为20.4%。暴发原因是劳教所学员患甲型H1N1流感后未能及时隔离治疗,学员寝室内床位为大通铺,室内通风较差等。经采取隔离治疗病人、环境消毒、室内通风换气、开展呼吸道传染病防治知识的健康教育、预防服药等综合措施,疫情得到有效控制。结论未及时隔离治疗甲型H1N1流感患者是暴发的主要原因,采取有力综合防治措施是控制甲型H1N1流感疫情发生、蔓延的关键。Objective To analyze the causes of an H1N1 influenza outbreak and discuss the handling measures and treatment effect in a work camp in order to provide basis for future prevention and control work.Method Collecting epidemiological and clinical data of individual cases,analyzing the basic situation of work camp,sanitation conditions and laboratory test results of throat swabs and taking comprehensive control measures.Results Total of 339 students were obtained the disease,attack rate was 20.4%.The causes of outbreak were owing to that the ill students did not isolated in time,poor indoor air and improper bed arrangement of students’ dormitory.After taking the measures of isolation the patients,disinfection the environment,indoor air ventilation,development respiratory infectious disease health education and taking drugs for prevention the epidemic had been effectively control.Conclusions By the investigation,the failure of isolation and treatment patients in time constitute the mainly cause of H1N1 influenza outbreak,so taking effective comprehensive measures to prevention and control was the crucial point to stop H1N1 influenza outbreak and spreading.
