摘　　要：本文介绍了大轮拖底盘涂装线前处理清洗设备的管路系统设计与应用,该设备采用通道式多室联合清洗结构,使用喷射处理方法对大轮拖底盘表面进行脱脂和水洗,为喷涂面漆作漆前处理。该设备管路设计合理,能够大量节约水和药剂,具有很好的推广应用价值。The article introduces a pipeline system , which used to coating line pretreatment equip- ment, adopting channel integrated clearing structure and spraying treatments for paint process. This equipment is well with reasonable pipeline design and so plenty of water and agent can be saved. In a word, it is well with wonderful application and dissemination value.
