冠心病血瘀证血浆纤溶活性的临床和实验

摘　　要：目的 :检测冠心病血瘀证和非血瘀证患者血浆 t- PA、PAI- 1活性 ,探讨冠心病血瘀证时血浆纤溶活性的改变及其意义。方法 :发色底物法检测 2 0例正常对照组及 95例各型冠心病患者血浆 t- PA、PAI- 1活性。结果 :冠心病血瘀证患者与非血瘀证患者相比 ,PAI- 1活性显著升高 (P<0 .0 1) ,血浆 t- PA活性在两组间无明显差异 (P>0 .0 5) ,血瘀证患者 t- PA活性较正常对照组显著降低 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :冠心病血瘀证患者血浆纤溶活性显著降低 ,处于血栓前状态。To detect the activities of the plasma t PA,PAI 1 in coronary heart disease patients.Methods:20 normal cases were obtained at random to serve as the control group while 95 cases with coronary heart disease were treated as the experimental group.Detections were made on the activities of t PA,PAI 1. Results:PAI 1 level in coronary heart disease patients with blood stasis was much higher than that in patients without blood stasis ( P <0.01) while their t PA levels didn′t exist statistically significant difference ( P>0.05 ).But t PA level in the blood stasis patients was much higher than that in the control group ( P<0.01 ).Conclusions:The plasma fibrinolytic activitic was lowered in the coronary heart disease patients with blood stasis,which suggested that the patients were in the pre thrombolic state.
