体位垫联合局部涂白凡士林在俯卧位手术中防压疮的应用研究

摘　　要：目的观察适耐格体位垫联合局部涂白凡士林在俯卧位手术患者防皮肤压疮的效果。方法将脊柱及神经外科后入路手术患者随机分为两组,传统护理组作为对照组、观察组各50例,对其皮肤受压情况进行比较。结果①对照组无皮肤红的8例,出现皮肤轻压红的27例,皮肤暗红的15例,术后30min红未能消退的10例,术后24h红未消退的有5例,观察组无皮肤压红的16例,轻红的32例,只有2例暗红。术后30min红未能消退2例,术后24h皮肤压红均能消退。②利用SPSS13.0统计软件统计两组数据,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论俯卧位手术患者应用适耐格体位垫联合局部涂白凡士林进行皮肤保护,防止压疮更有效。Objective To observe the effective of sinaige Postures pad and local embrocate albolene in guarding against pressure sore in prone position surgery.Methods Patients with the spine and neurosurgery into the posterior approach surgery were divided into two groups,the traditional care group as control group and the observation group,50 patients in each group.The pressure was on the skin.Results ① In the control group,8 cases of gently press red skin,27 cases with light red,15 cases with dark red,10 cases failed to retreat red after 30 minutes,5 cases with red not retreat after 24 h.The observation group without skin pressure red 16 cases,light red 32 cases,and only 2 cases of dark red.After 30 minutes red failed to resolve were 2 cases,skin pressure red be casubsidised after 24 h.②The data of two groups were analyzed using SPSS 13.0 software（P〈0.05）,it was considered statistically significant with comparability.Conclusion the more effective of sinaige Postures pad and local embrocate albolene in guarding against pressure sore in prone position surgery.
