摘　　要：目的探讨PPH术结合外痔切剥术治疗急性环状嵌顿痔的临床应用价值及安全性。方法对38例急性环状嵌顿痔的患者行PPH术结合外痔切剥术,并对结果进行分析。结果 38例全部治愈,手术时间25～35min,住院时间3～5d,术后肛缘平整,无大出血,无排便困难及肛门狭窄、肛门失禁等并发症,无复发病例。结论 PPH术结合外痔切剥术治疗急性环状嵌顿痔能迅速减轻患者痛苦,损伤小,无明显并发症,疗效确切,值得临床应用及推广。Objective To explore the clinical application value and security of the treatment of PPH surgery combined with external hemorrhoids stripping surgery for acute annular incarcerated.Methods Did PPH surgery combined with external hemorrhoids stripping surgery for 38 cases of patients with acute annular incarcerated,and analyzed the results.Results 38 cases were cured,surgery time was 25~35 min,hospital stay was 3~5 days,formation of the anal margin after surgery,no heavy bleeding,no bowel problems and anal stenosis、anus incontinence and other complications,no recurrence.Conclusion The treatment of PPH surgery combined with external hemorrhoids stripping surgery for acute annular incarcerated can rapidly reduce patient suffering,little damage,no significant complications,the efficacy is exact,worthy of clinical application and promotion.
