膝关节半月板损伤高分辨率CT造影的护理分析

摘　　要：目的探讨护理工作在膝关节半月板损伤高分辨率CT造影中的作用。方法将我院在2010年6月至2011年7月期间收治的膝关节半月板撕裂患者20例随机分为观察组和对照组各10例，观察组采取周密的护理，对照组采取常规的护理，观察两组患者在cT检查中的心理状态、不良反应发生情况和图像质量。结果两组患者穿刺前、中、后的心理状态比较有显著性的统计学差异（P〈0．05），观察组患者在穿刺中均未出现出血及瘀斑的情况，顺利完成检查，而对照组中1例出血，1例出现瘀斑，两者比较有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。观察组中图像质量均为1级，对照组中有7例为1级，2例为2级，1例为3级，两组比较有显著性的统计学差异（P〈0．05）。结论在膝关节半月板损伤高分辨率CT造影诊断中，对患者进行周密护理，可以降低不良反应发生率，改善患者的心理状态，提高诊断图像质量。Objective To explore the effect of the nursing work on the meniscus injury of knee joint injury in high resolution CT angiography. Methods A total of 20 patients with meniscus injury were selected and randomly divided into two groups with each 10 cases. Observation group was adopted careful nursing and control group was adopted conventional nursing. The mental state, the occurrence of adverse condition and image quality were observed between two groups in the CT examination. Results During puncture there was no patient with hemorrhage and petechiae in observation group, but one patient with hemorrhage and one patient with petechiae in control group. The difference was significant （P 〈 0. 05 ） . In observation group, the image quality was grade 1, but in control group, 7 cases of grade 1,2 cases grade 2, 1 cases grade 3, there was significant statistical difference （P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusions Careful nursing on meniscus injury of knee joint in high resolution CT angiography can reduce the incidence of adverse reaction, improve the psychological status of patients and improve the diagnostic image quality.
