摘 要:目的探讨“一线式”护理模式在优质护理服务示范病房的实施效果。方法本科自2010年3月开始实施“一线式”护理服务模式,统计2010年3月至2011年3月实施该模式期间患者满意度、护士满意度、医生满意度及病房陪护率的数据,并回顾实施该模式前本病房的满意度相关数据及陪护率,应用统计学软件SPSS11.0对两组数据进行分析比较。结果通过实施“一线式”护理服务模式,患者满意度、医生满意度、护士满意度均较前提高,病房陪护率明显下降,两组数据比较统计学差异显著(P〈0.01)。结论“一线式”护理服务模式,提高了护士的工作质量及工作效率,使患者获得了最大的利益和实惠,医生获得了最大的帮助和支持,融洽了医护关系、护患关系,患者及家属的满意度大幅度增高,病房陪护率明显下降。Objective To explore the implementing effects of nursing model of line style in demonstration ward of high - quality nursing service. Methods The data about the patients'satisfaction, nurses'satisfaction, doctors'satisfaction and ward chaperonage rate were collected before and after implement of nursing model of line style so as to form two groups of data. Two groups of data were analyzed and compared with the software of SPSS11. 0. Results The result showed that after implement of nursing model of line style" all indexes of nursing were improved greatly, there was statistical difference between two groups. Conclusions The nursing model of ine style can im- prove the quality and efficiency of nursing, make patients gain benefit and make doctor get help and support. It makes the relationship of pa- tients -nurse and doctornurse more harmonious. The patients'satisfaction is significantly increased, and ward chaperonage rate is obvious- ly decreased.
