肿瘤患者门诊中心静脉导管四种封管方法的比较

摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤患者门诊中心静脉导管封管方法的效果，选择最佳封管方法。方法中心静脉置管术患者140例分为4组，2组用生理盐水封管，导管末端分别接肝素帽和可来福接头；2组用生理盐水冲管及肝素封管液封管，导管末端分别接肝素帽和可来福接头，对中心静脉导管堵管情况进行观察。结果四种封管方法中肝素封管液及可来福接头与其它三种封管方法相比堵管率低，优点显著，是目前比较先进的方法。结论肝索封管液及可来福接头封管方法堵管率低，提示我们为延长肿瘤患者中心静脉导管的留置时间最好采用肝素封管液及可来福接头作为封管方法。Objective The effects of different methods on enveloping central venous catheter were compared to select the best one for cancer patients in the outpatient clinic.Methods A total of 140 cases with central venous catheter were classified into 4 groups.Among these four groups,two of them were used NS enveloping which were attached heparin cap and KELAIFU adapter to the end of the central venous catheter respectively.The other two groups were used NS and heparin solution enveloping which were attached heparin cap and KELAIFU adapter to the end of the central venous catheter respectively as well.Results Among the 4 methods on enveloping central venouscatheter,the one with heparin enveloping solution connected to KELAIFU adapter was the most advantageous,which had the lowest thrombosis rate compared to the other 3 groups.Conclusions Due to the low rate of thrombosis,it is better to implement the enveloping method with heparin solution and KELAIFU adapter so that the central venous catheter can stay longer in cancer patients.
