摘　　要：目的:通过对医疗质量管理现状的分析,理顺质量管理路径,设计医疗质量管理信息平台架构,建立质量管理信息平台原型。方法:采用结合访谈法、问卷法、个案研究、经验总结法、文献法等对现有的医疗质量管理内容和指标进行分析。结论:进一步对医疗质控条线、内容和重要环节进行梳理,确定质控关键指标,深入剖析医院目前质量管控信息化建设方面的不足,提出医疗质量管理信息平台模型设计概念,以信息化建设为契机,促进医院整体质量管控工作。Objective： aimed at the current status of medical treatment quality management intbrmation platform, it straightened out the pathway of quality management, designed the framework of medical treatment quality management information platform, and created model for quality management infomlation platform. Methods： it analyzed the contents and indexes of current medical treatment quality management with various methods, including interview, questionnaire, individual study, experience summarization and literatures. Conclusions： after thrther study on medical treatment quality control lines, contents and key links, it confirmed the key indexes of quality control, deeply analyzed the disadvantages in hospital quality control information construction, and submitted the design concepts of medical treatment quality management information platform model, which will promote the entire quality management in hospital through information construction.
