双茎类型西洋参的研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨双茎类型西洋参在植物形态、电镜扫描、组织形态观察及化学成分方面的特点。方法 :利用常规方法测定氨基酸、微量元素、总皂甙 ,对组织形态进行显微摄影。结果 :双茎参根中总皂甙的含量为7.90 %、总氨基酸的含量为 8.3 2 % ,均高于单茎西洋参。结论 :形态区别明显 ,总皂甙。OBJECTIVE:To observe the morphological and histological characteristics by Scanning Electronic Microscope and chemical properties.METHODS:Amino acids,microelements and total glycosides are determined by conventional means. The tissue is observed by microscopic photography.RESULTS:The contents of total glycosides and total amino acids in the root of double stem Panax quinquefolium are 7.90% and 8.32%,which are higher than that in single stem Panax quinquefolium.CONCLUSIONS:There is an apparent morphological discrimination between double and single stem Panax quinquefolium.The contents of total glycosides and total amino acids in the root of double stem Panax quinquefolium are higher than that Panax quinquefolium.
