高职高专统战工作模式探析

摘　　要：进入新世纪,异军突起的高职高专院校往往处于刚刚成立、转制或升格不久的新兴时期,当前工作重点主要放在适应社会发展需求的教学改革、基础建设、应用研究和学生工作上,统战工作往往是处于起步和探索阶段,加强和改进高职高专院校统战工作就显得更为艰巨。高职高专统战工作作为高校统战工作有机的组成部分,如何适应新形势新任务的要求,构建规范高效的统战工作模式,这是统战工作面临的一个重要课题,文章就建立高职高专统战工作模式从七个方面谈了一些认识和思考。In the new century the vocational colleges are in the period oi newly setting up or upgrading and their current work focuses on the educational reform, infrastructure, research and student work to meet the needs of social development. The work of the united front is often in its infancy stage, so strengthening and improving it is even more difficult in vocational colleges. As the organic part of the college united front work, how to adapt to the requirements of the new situation and build a standardized and efficient united front Work mode, is an important issue in the united front work. From seven aspects the paper offers some understanding and thinking on the establishment of united front work mode in vocational colleges.
