摘　　要：在城乡二元结构的经济社会中,农业劳动力从农业向农外流动是经济发展过程中的必然现象。本文分改革开放前和改革开放后两个时期对新中国成立以来的中国农业劳动力农外流动史进行了分析和述评,中国计划经济体制和市场经济体制决定了改革开放前后农业劳动力农外流动的特点。It is an inevitable phenomenon that the agricultural labor forces transfer outside from agriculture with the eco- nomic development in the society of dual economic structure of urban and rural areas. But the transfer of the agricultural labor forces was strictly restrained in limited lands before the reform and opening-up in China. After the reform and open- ing-up, the agricultural labor forces started to transfer outside from agriculture extensively with the labor forces market development both in urban and rural areas.
