摘  要:选用 2 0条新鲜离体家兔输精管 ,用高功率Nd :YAG激光机 ,将光纤插入输精管腔内 ,以 35~ 45W 6种不同功率 /时间凝堵试验。病理检查确定有效凝堵阈值为 40W/ 0 .5~ 1s。继而对 15 0只家兔进行输精管穿刺激光凝堵试验。功率 40W组术后 7~ 14d为脱落组织阻塞 ,30d炎性细胞增生 ,3月时管腔完全闭塞 ,呈 3mm小结节 ,病检为纤维组织增生 ,管周血管无病理损伤。作者认为用高功率Nd :YAG激光瞬间照射法 ,亦可用于输精管凝堵术 ,且具有效果确切 ,处理时间短等优点。The photofiber was introduced into 20 pieces of vas deferens of rabbits in vitro and the vas deferens were coagulated by Nd:TAG laser irradiation with high power of 35~45 W.The effective obstructive threshold defined by pathologic examination was 40 W/0.5~1 sec.Then the occlusion experiment was done by laser irradiation with neadle puncture in 150 rabbits.In 40 W group,the lumen of the vas was blocked by fallen tissue cells 7~14 days after laser irradition,inflammatory cells proliferate in the lumen 30 days after irradiation,the lumen of the vas closed completely 3 months after irradiation.The blood vessels around the vas were not damaged.The results showed that high power Nd:YAG laser irradiation was effective in occlusion of vas delerens with less time.
