摘　　要：随着中国银行业对外开放的进一步扩大,外资银行并未如预期大举进入中国市场,对中资银行形成极大威胁,相反,外资银行在业务经营及盈利能力等方面的表现也不如中资银行。本文试图从发展本土化的角度切入,分析在华外资银行表现不佳的更深层次原因,并提出相应对策。With deeper and deeper opening of China＇s banking sector,foreign banks do not enter China as expected,and do not form great threaten to Chinese domestic banks.On the contrary,the capability of running business and profitability of foreign banks does not patch on Chinese banks.This paper tries to analyze the deeper reasons of the foreign banks＇ poor performance from the angle of localization,and propose corresponding countermeasures.
