摘　　要：【目的】反映基层黄金部队军事作业过程中遇到的实际问题,应对措施,并提出建议,供有关部门参考。【方法】通过集体座谈、个别访问、调查问卷、现场调查等方法,掌握并统计黄金部队钻探、槽探、实验室检测等环节中遇到的职业卫生问题。【结果】战士们对饮用水水质的满意率为80%;部队采取的防疫措施使70%以上的战士从中受益;在职业卫生防护方面,部队采取了各种措施,但仍有59%的战士对防护效果不甚满意;在就医原因调查中,腰肌腰椎疼痛占很大比重。【结论】通过调查研究,建议从增加职业卫生防护、增加职业卫生相关体检内容、建立健全特殊警种作业后勤保障体系、深化科研立项和教学改革等五个方面,切实保障基层部队官兵的身体健康。[Objective] To reflect the problem on prospection in primary gold armed forces and giving suggestions. [Methods] An informal discussion, some interviews and questionnaires among primary soldiers were made in our investigation. [ Results] The result of this investigation showed that the satisfaction rate towards the quality of drinking water was 80%. The prophylactic measures were beneficial to 70% soldiers. And various protective measures adopted by gold armed forces dissatisiedin 59% soldiers, while backache took account for a large proportion of medical problem. [Conclusion] Suggestions such as reinforcing the protection during the course of prospection, increasing the items on prospection in annual health examination and consummating the system of logistic safeguard was proposed.
