川芎嗪提高心脏保存效果的实验研究

摘　　要：在改良的Euro_Collins心脏保存液 (mEC液 )中添加川芎嗪 ,简单冷保存离体大鼠心脏 6h ,观察川芎嗪对心脏的保存效果。结果发现川芎嗪能提高保存后心脏的心功能和冠脉流量 (CF) ,降低心肌含水量 ,减少心肌细胞乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)和肌酸激酶 (CK)的漏出 ,提高心肌细胞超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性并降低过氧化脂质 (LPO)的含量。说明川芎嗪能提高mEC液的心脏保存效果 。To observe the effect of Liqustrazine on heart protection,isolated rat hearts were preserved in modified Euro_Collins(mEC) solution added with liqustrazine for six hours by simple cold storage.The results showed that liqustrazine enhanced the recovery of cardiac function and coronary flow(CF),decreased the water content of myocardium,reduced the leakage of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and creatine phosphokinase(CK)from myocardial cells,increased the activity of myocardial superoxide dismutase(SOD)and decreased the content of lipid peroxide(LPO).It is indicated that liqustrazine can improve the effect of mEC solution on heart protection,and its mechanisms may be related to the negative inotropic action and the counteraction of oxygen free radical injury.
