摘  要:输电线路是智能电网的重要组成部分,为了保证输电线路的安全运行,部分网省公司现已建成雷电、覆冰、污秽、气象、微风振动等线路运行状态监测相关系统。通过研究输电线路在线监测系统的应用和管理信息平台,结合设计目标,完成了系统总体架构设计,并通过将电网输电线路监测装置采集的信息及各监测系统应用产生的应用结果信息进行融合存储,构建了完整的输电线路运行状态信息数据平台。系统还运用相关算法对传感器可靠性进行评估,在平台基础上设计了按时间特性分层的输电线路故障预警、线路故障分析、监测数据挖掘分析、线路运行状态评估、线路运行环境评估等高级应用功能,做到了自动、及时地向不同管理职责的用户分级预警汇报,能避免重大事故的发生,保障电网稳定运行。Transmission line is a very important component of the smart grid. For the safety operation, the monitoring system has been built to monitor the lightning, icing, contamination, weather, and wind vibration conditions of the transmission line. We mainly studied the application and management platform of this online monitoring system, designed the overall system architecture, and built an operation-information-and-data system of the transmission line by the information from the monitoring devices and the monitoring system. This system can evaluate the sensor's reliability by algorithms, and has advanced functions of transmission line fault early warning, fault analysis, data mining analy.sis, operation condition evaluation, operation enviromnent evaluation. With these functions, this system can report the early warning to different users, to avoid major accidents, and to guarantee stable operation of power grid.
