摘　　要：早期的龙门刨床的电气控制系统采用的是接触器—继电器方式进行控制,其机械触点多,线路复杂,维修技术要求高,不利于提高生产效率。文章介绍了使用三菱PLC对B2010A龙门刨床控制系统进行改造的方法。经使用表明,改造后的交流控制系统运行可靠,维修简单效果良好。The control system of the traditional planer used relay-contactor, which had a great many of contact, intricate circuit, and repair techniques with high skills requirements, and low productivity. In the paper, the design methods of using PLC to improve the control system of double housing planner are introduced. After the rebuilding, the control system of AC is easy operation, high reliability, and simple to maintain in practice.
