摘  要:目的建立黎药角花胡颓子茎叶的生药鉴定方法。方法采用生药性状鉴别、显微鉴别及薄层色谱法对角花胡颓子进行生药学研究。结果角化胡颓子叶粉末鳞毛众多,由数十个细胞连接而成,辐射状排列成圆盘状;叶表皮细胞成不规则形,垂周壁波状弯曲;气孔不定式,副卫细胞5~6个;网纹导管众多,偶见螺纹导管;纤维束周围薄壁细胞含草酸钙方晶,形成晶纤维。薄层色谱图中,齐墩果酸和熊果酸分离度良好。结论该实验为角花胡颓子的鉴定、药材质量标准的制定及进一步开发利用提供了科学依据。Objective To establish pharmacognostical identification methods of the stem and leaf of Elaeagnus gonyanthes Benth. Meth- ods Macroscopic identification,microscopic identification and thin -layer chromatography methods were employed for the pharmacognostic study of Elaeagnus gonyanthes. Results The leaf of Elaeagnus gonyanthes was characterized by numerous paleas ,abnormal leaf epidermal cells ,an anomocytic type of stomata with 5- 6 subsidiary cells ,more reticulate vessels and less spiral vessels ,crystal fibers with calcium oxalate crystals in parenchyma cells around fiber bundle. The spots of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were separated well in the sample by the thin - layer chromatogram. Conclusion The results provide scientific evidence for the identification, formulation of the quality control standards as well as further exploitation of Elaeagnus gonyanthes Benth.
