少长壮老不同年龄段肾阳虚体质辨识差异的探讨

摘　　要：文章依据《中医体质分类判定标准》中对阳虚体质的辨识原则,探讨肾阳虚体质的辨识与保健,认为少、长、壮、老不同年龄段肾阳虚体质存在生理特点、表现、体病相关、保健原则与方法的差异,并从诊断、临床、保健、生物学基础研究4个方面前瞻深入研究不同年龄段肾阳虚体质辨识差异的方法。Based on the standard of diagnosis about deficiency of ＂yang＂ constitution from the ＂TCM physical classification and judgment＂, this article discussed identification and heahhcare with respect to deficiency of ＂yang＂ constitution. There are differences in physiological characteristic, expression, body disease -related, heahheare principle and methods in different age kidney -yang deficiency constitution（little, young, adult, old）. We prospectively researched the different identification methods in different age kidney - ＂yang＂ deficiency constitution by diagnosis, clinic, health care and biology basic.
