摘 要:目的 :探讨抗心肌肌球蛋白抗体对小儿心脏病的诊断价值。方法 :运用酶联免疫吸附法检测了 3 0例病毒性心肌炎 (VMC)、 14例扩张型心肌病 (DCM)、 10例风湿性心脏病 (RHD)、 2 2例先天性心脏病 (CHD)患儿血浆抗肌球蛋白抗体水平。结果 :抗肌球蛋白抗体在VMC和DCM患儿中的阳性率显著高于RHD、CHD和NC三组研究对象 (P均 <0 . 0 5 )。抗肌球蛋白抗体诊断VMC和DCM的敏感性为 5 4 5 5 % ,特异性为 89 47%。结论 :抗肌球蛋白抗体可作为小儿VMC和DCM的特异性诊断指标 。Objective: In order to explore the diagnostic value of autoantibody against myocardiac adenine nucleotide translocator(ANT) in children with heart diseases.Methods: The plasma anti-ANT in children with heart diseases,30 with viral myocarditis(VMC),14 with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM),10 with rheumatic heart diseases(RHD),22 with congenital heart diseases(CHD),were studied with western blot.Results: The plasma level of anti-ANT in VMC and DCM group was significantly higher than not only those in the healthy group,but also in the RHD and CHD(All P<0.01 ).The diagnostic sensitivity and specifity of anti-ANT for VMC and DCM were 73% and 98%.Conclusion: The anti-ANT has important value for differential diagnosis in children with heart diseases.It can be taken as a specific marker for diagnosis of VMC and DCM in children.
