摘 要:在分析科技型人才聚集效应特征的基础上,构建地级市科技型人才聚集效应的评价指标体系,运用了主成分分析法对山西省11个地级市科技型人才聚集效应程度进行了评价和排序,得出了影响山西省地级市科技型人才聚集效应的3个主要因素:科技因素、政府支持因素和生活因素,并根据山西省11个地级市的实际情况提出了相应的对策。On the base of the analysis of the features of the technological talent aggregation effect, an indicator system is formed to evaluate the technological talents aggregation effect of the prefecture level cities. Then, the principal component analysis method is used to evaluate and prioritize the technological talents aggregation effect level of the eleven prefecture level cities in Shanxi province. A conclusion is drawn that technology, government support and life factors are three fac- tors to influence the technological talents aggregation effect of prefecture level cities. At last, some corresponding sugges- tions are given out according to the relative analysis of the practical situation of eleven prefecture level cities in Shanxi Province.
