摘  要:威远地区页岩气储层石英含量较高,岩石脆性特征明显,属弱水敏;同时具有较强的层理结构,极易发生层间剥落;页岩强度有显著的各向异性,层理面倾角为40°~60°,岩心易发生沿层理面的剪切滑移破坏,造成定向段和水平段井壁失稳。根据威远地区页岩气储层特性,威201-H3井在定向、水平段应用了油基钻井液体系。该技术重点保证了合理的钻井液密度、强封堵性、低滤失量和良好的携砂能力;同时在实钻中建立了遇仙寺组及以下地层全套岩石流体中水的活度剖面数据库,为钻井液的活度防塌提供了很好的理论支撑。结果表明,该油基钻井液成功应用于威201-H3页岩气水平井钻探,较好地解决了威远地区泥页岩层垮塌的问题。In Weiyuan, the shale gas reservoir has the characteristics of high content of quartz shale, brittle, low watersensitivity, bedding architecture that is easy to peel off, and significant strength anisotropy with the bedding plane inclinationabout 40°-60°, which causes wellbore collapsing in horizontal and directional sections. Based on the characteristics of theshale gas reservoirs, the oil-based drilling fluid is chosen in directional and horizontal sections of the well Wei201-H3, andthis drilling fluid has rational density, strong sealing capability, low filtration loss and good performance of carrying cuttings.In drilling operation, the formation activity database about Xian Si group and all of the formations below are established,which provides a foundation for activity anti-collapsing theory. The application results of well Wei201-H3 show that theoil-based drilling fluid system can solve the shale collapsing problem in the district of Weiyuan.
