摘  要:川西中浅层气藏在压裂开发中由于地层压力较低,导致工作液滤失量较大、返排率较低,因此对已有的自生热类泡沫压裂液进行了改进。通过合成有针对性的酸性交联剂,将体系的抗温性从低于50℃提高至65℃,稠化剂浓度由0.5%~0.55%大幅降至0.3%,膨胀倍数从低于10倍提高至14倍,同时该体具有良好的降滤失性能和助排性能,且在稠化剂用量较低的情况下,仍具有优异的耐剪切性能。In the fracturing development of shallow gas reservoirs in the west of Sichuan, due to the low formation pressure,difficulties of working fluid filtration and low flowback rate are encountered frequently.In this paper, based on previousstudies and through the synthesis of specific acidic crosslinking agent, the thermogenic fracturing fluid system is modified.The temperature resistance of this system is increased from 50 ℃ to 65 ℃, the thickener concentration is dropped significantlyfrom 0.5%-0.55% to 0.3%, and the expansion rate is improved from 10 times to 14 times, which the system has goodperformances of shearing in condition of low thickener concentration.
