摘　　要：武汉市第十二次党代会上明确提出了:"将武汉建设成为立足中部、面向全国、走向世界的国家中心城市,实现大武汉新的伟大复兴。"正如阮成发书记在报告中所说的:"作为国家中部地区的中心城市,我们有基础、有条件、有能力、有信心,承担起建设国家中心城市的历史使命。"其基础之一就是武汉有条件成为全国重要的物流中心、中部国际物流中心,这是快速拓展武汉区域集聚辐射能力、全面提升中心城市功能的战略选择,是推进武汉实现跨越式发展、建成国家中心城市的重要途径。The 12th Communist Party Congress of Wuhan has clearly proposed：＂constructing Wuhan to be national central city basing on central region,facing to nationwide,towards to worldwide,achieving the new great rejuvenation of Wuhan＂.Even as Secretary Ruan Chengfa said in the report：＂As the central city of the national central,we can bear the history mission of building the national central city with foundation,condition,capability,belief＂,one of the foundations is Wuhan have conditions to be nationwide important logistics center,central International Logistics Center,this is the strategic choice for quickly expanding Wuhan regional agglomeration radiation capability,and fully upgrading the central city functions,this is the important ways for advancing Wuhan spanning development,and building Wuhan to be the national central city.
