摘　　要：脑胶质增生(intracranial gliosis)是神经胶质对肿瘤和非肿瘤性病变的非特异性反应,多数病例可根据临床病史和病理做出明确的病因诊断,但临床上不明原因的脑胶质增生亦不少见;有关其CT表现,国内尚未见报道。现将本院2例经手术和病理证实的脑胶质增生的CT表现报告如下。Two cases of intracranial gliosis documented by surgery and histopathology are presented. Intracranial gliosis is a nonspecific reaction to different neoplastic and nonneoplastic lesions. The CT findings were also non-specific and the disease could not be differentiated from other neoplastic and non-neoplastic lesions. The clinician and radiologist should be aware that in patients with intracranial gliosis of unknown etiology, clinical and CT follow-up studies should be done diligently in order to uncover the underlying pathology.
