摘　　要：人学是二十一世纪的显学,李培湘先生则早在四十多年前的探索就开始涉足其间,他集四十年之力而卓然成家的《人的哲学研究》给学术界树起了一座标杆:执着、新锐、前瞻、融通、应用是学问之道的创新之源。全书以"人性理论的历史研究"、"人的本质、素质和人的主体性研究"、"人的民主自由研究"、"人的认识问题研究"、"人的教育问题研究"、"人与社会及唯物史观研究"对"人"的问题进行了全面系统的哲学解读,是人学研究领域不可多得的上乘佳作,其精博宏大的治学之道,对我们当今学人大有启迪。The philosophy of man is a distinguished subject in 21st century. As early as 40 years ago, the ex- plorations that Li Peixiang took were related with it. His masterpiece The Philosophical Study of Man （2011 ） set a good example for academic circles that persistence, aggressiveness, prospective, thorough understanding and appli- cation is the innovative source of learning. This book conducts a comprehensive systematic interpretatior, of philoso- phy for man＇s problems from the following six aspects： the historical study of humanity theory; the study of man＇s es- sence, quality and subjectivity; the study of man＇s democracy and freedom; the study of man＇s cognitive problem; the study of man＇s educational problem and the study of man - society and historical materialism. It is an exception- ally excellent book in the research field of the philosophy of man, and its wide and accurate research way enlightens our present scholars greatly.
