物流成本控制的途径——以绵阳市物流业为例

摘　　要：物流成本是企业成本管理中一个不可缺少的部分,物流成本的高低直接影响企业利润水平。我国物流产业已经跨入了成长期,物流市场增长迅速,文章针对物流成本管理的具体内容,以绵阳市物流业为例,通过对绵阳地区物流状态的分析,提出降低运输成本和仓储成本的有效策略,来降低物流总成本,从而缓解物流成本带来的压力,以提高企业和社会的经济效益。Logistics cost is an indis rectly influences upon the profit of enterp pensible part of the business cost management, so the cost of logistics di- rise. Chinese logistics industry has already stepped into growth period and its logistics market grows rapidly. Through the analysis of logistics status in Mianyang and taking its logistics indus- try as an example, this paper aims to the concrete content of logistics cost management to put forward an effective strategy of decreasing transportation cost and warehouse cost to lower the total logistics cost, thus relieving the pres- sure of logistics cost so as to improve the economic benefit of enterprise and society.
