摘　　要：FDI与产业的空间集聚是一种动态循环运动,具有互动和累积因果关系。对全国29省工业企业数据(1986～2010年)的检验表明:FDI与我国产业集聚之间具有高度相关性。中西部地区产业集聚水平相对落后,并呈现出俱乐部趋同效应,必须优化外资结构,充分利用跨国公司特有优势,加强各类园区建设,创造集聚优势,打造特色产业集群。According to FDI and industrial agglomeration externalities, this paper proposes a dynamic circulation movement and accumulation causality exist between FDI and industrial agglomeration through the in-depth analysis of them. It uses the data of industrial enterprises in 29 provinces between 1986 and 2010 to validate the correlation of FDI and the level of industrial clustering, and describes the industry agglomeration level of central and western regions. On this basis, it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting construction of industrial clusters for central and western regions.
