民营资本进入交通建设领域的问题和对策

摘　　要：交通支撑各项国民经济活动的开展,关乎人民基本生活。在交通建设中积极吸引和鼓励民营资本投资能够帮助解决国有资本不足、资金紧张等问题。本文从理论和现实两方面,分析了民营资本进入交通建设领域的依据和必要性,探寻影响民营资本投资交通建设领域的瓶颈问题,并根据实际,提出了交通建设领域吸引和鼓励民营资本的对策建议。Traffic facilities play important role in the development of national economy. In traffic construction, the investment of private capital can be helpful for providing sufficient funds. This paper adopted normative analysis method, and analysed the necessity of private capital investing in traffic construction in China. Finally, based on study some problems in private capital investment, this paper put forward feasible measures for encouraging private capital investment in traffic construction in China.
