摘　　要：农地金融是农村金融体系和农地制度的重要组成部分。构建农地金融制度对于促进农地流转、农业发展和农民增收具有重要意义。农地金融制度的构建应遵循公平与效率兼顾的原则及政府支持下市场化运作的原则,路径选择方面应注意制度安排与制度环境相契合,次级制度优先、诱导基础性制度变迁。Agricultural land finance is not only an important part of agrieuhural financial system, but also an important part of agricultural land institution, Constructing the agrieuhural land financial institution is of great significance on agrieuhural land transfer and agricultural development and farmer income increase. Constructing the agrieullural land financial institution should follow two principles ： one is fairness and efficiency, another is market operation under the support of government. Path selection should pay attention to two aspeets： one is institutional arrangement should mutual adaptable, another is preferentially construct secondary institution inducing based institution.
