摘　　要：涤纶弹力外衣衬的染整加工包括退浆精练、染色、烘干、定形整理、撒粉法双点工艺等,介绍了加工过程中影响产品品质的关键因素和注意事项,如前处理衬布预湿要充分,染色升温速率要严格控制,双点工艺中注意刮刀位置的调整以控制浆点的涂覆量等。Wet processing of polyester elastic interlining is introduced, including desizing and scouring, dyeing, drying, setting and double-dot coating. Factors exerting influences on product quality in wet processing are analyzed, and precautions are pointed out, such as complete wetting of the cloth before pretreatment, strict control of heating rate in dyeing, and adjustment of the scraper position to control coating thickness.
