摘  要:目的:优选香莲软膏剂体外透皮试验条件。方法:使用药物透皮试验仪进行试验,采用紫外分光光度法测定不同时间、接收液、取样量及鼠皮试验时总生物碱的含量,计算其累积透过率,优选香莲软膏剂的体外透皮试验条件。结果:优选的香莲软膏体外透皮试验条件为香莲取样量0.1 g,以30%乙醇为接收液,有角质层的大鼠鼠皮为介质;采用UV测定总生物碱含量,波长345 nm。结论:该优选试验方法简便可行、稳定。Objective:To optimize in vitro transdermal test conditions of Xianglian ointment.Method: Drug percutaneous permeability tester was used,the content of total alkaloids in different time,accepting liquid,sampling volume and mouse skin test were determined by UV-spectrophotometry.The cumulative transmittance was calculated to optimize in vitro transdermal test conditions of Xianglian ointment.Result: Optimized in vitro transdermal test conditions were:sampling volume of Xianglian ointment was about 0.1 g,30% ethanol as receiving liquid,rat skin with cutin layer as medium;UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of total alkaloid with wavelength 345 nm.Conclusion: This optimized test method was simple,feasible and stable.
