摘　　要：目的:优选香莲软膏剂体外透皮试验条件。方法:使用药物透皮试验仪进行试验,采用紫外分光光度法测定不同时间、接收液、取样量及鼠皮试验时总生物碱的含量,计算其累积透过率,优选香莲软膏剂的体外透皮试验条件。结果:优选的香莲软膏体外透皮试验条件为香莲取样量0.1 g,以30%乙醇为接收液,有角质层的大鼠鼠皮为介质;采用UV测定总生物碱含量,波长345 nm。结论:该优选试验方法简便可行、稳定。Objective：To optimize in vitro transdermal test conditions of Xianglian ointment.Method： Drug percutaneous permeability tester was used,the content of total alkaloids in different time,accepting liquid,sampling volume and mouse skin test were determined by UV-spectrophotometry.The cumulative transmittance was calculated to optimize in vitro transdermal test conditions of Xianglian ointment.Result： Optimized in vitro transdermal test conditions were：sampling volume of Xianglian ointment was about 0.1 g,30% ethanol as receiving liquid,rat skin with cutin layer as medium;UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of total alkaloid with wavelength 345 nm.Conclusion： This optimized test method was simple,feasible and stable.
