摘 要:目的:建立方法同时测定藏茴香中葛缕酮和柠檬烯的含量,研究不同产地的藏茴香中葛缕酮和柠檬烯的含量差异。方法:采用气相法,色谱柱为HP-FFAP(聚乙二醇20000,柱长25 m,内径0.20 mm,膜厚度0.33μm),柱温65~115℃;载气N2,流速1.0 mL.min-1,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),进样口及检测器温度均为250℃。结果:5批不同产地藏茴香药材中葛缕酮和柠檬烯质量分数在50%~60%及35%~42%。结论:本方法简便,准确,重复性好,可用于藏茴香中葛缕酮和柠檬烯含量的测定。不同产地藏茴香中葛缕酮和柠檬烯含量差异不大。Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of carvone and limonene contents in caraway, research difference areas of carvone and limonene contents in caraway from different origin. Method : The analysis was carried out on a chromatographic column for HP-FFAP (PEG 20000, 0.20 mm x 25 m, 0.33μm) ; the column temperature 65-115℃, the carrier gas was N2 , flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1, detector FID, the inlet and the temperature detector were all setat 250℃. Result: The quality scores of carvone and limonene content in 5 batches of caraway from different origin were 50% -60% and 35% -42%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible, and can be used for content determination of caraway. Different areas of caraway are small difference.
