摘 要:采用弱酸性染料、活性染料和中性染料,分别在传统和超声波条件下对羽毛纤维进行染色,通过分析探讨染色时间、染色温度对上染百分率、摩擦色牢度和甲醛含量的影响,确定超声波上染羽毛纤维的最佳工艺条件为:弱酸性染料的最佳染色温度70℃,时间40 min;活性染料的最佳染色温度90℃,时间50 min;中性染料的最佳染色温度90℃,时间50 min。实验结果表明:在此染色工艺条件下,上染百分率可以达到89.9%,色牢度均在3级以上,干摩擦色牢度高于湿摩擦色牢度0.5~1.0级,甲醛含量为25.21 mg/kg。采用超声波方法的染色效果明显好于传统染色方法。Dyeing of feather fibers was carried out with weak acid dyes, reactive dyes and neutral dyes under conventional and ultrasonic wave conditions respective. Factors exerting influence on the dye rate, rubbing fastness and formaldehyde content were discussed, such as dyeing time and dyeing temperature. The optimum conditions of dyeing in feather fibers with ultrasonic wave technology were determined: weak acid dyes were dyeing temperature 70 ℃ , time 40 min; reactive dyes were dyeing temperature 90℃ , time 50 min; neutral dyes were dyeing temperature 90 ℃, time 50min. The results showed that in this dyeing conditions, the dye uptake can reach 89.9% , rubbing fastness can be over 3 grade, and the dry rubbing fastness was raised by O. 5 - 1.0 grade as compared with the wet rubbing fastness, the formaldehyde content was 25.21 mg/kg. Using ultrasonic technology dyeing effect was significantly better than traditional dyeing methods. The dyeing effect using ultrasonic wave technology was significantly better than traditional dyeing methods.
