依托格鲁抗肿瘤作用的实验研究

摘　　要：依托格鲁在体外对小鼠SRS淋巴细胞性腹水瘤细胞有直接杀伤作用,腹腔内用药可延长SRS腹水瘤及HAC腹水型肝癌小鼠的生存期。狗膀胱内给予2％溶液、膀胱粘膜见轻度损伤作用。ipLD_(50)为657.8mg/kg。It was proved that etoglucid exerted direct killing effect onprimary generation of SRS ascitic tumor cells in vitro. It prolonged the life ofmice with SRS ascitic tumor with better efficacy and less side effect than thio-TEPA. It also increased life span of mice bearing HAC ascitic hepatic tumor.Its LD_(50) was 657.8 mg/kg. The fact that local damage of dog's bladder causedby long-term intracavitary administration of etoglucid in 1% or 2% concentra-tion was mild suggusted etoglucid might be a potential drug for intracavitarychemotherapy for bladder tumors.
