摘  要:通过熔融接枝及熔融共混法制备了聚甲醛/低密度聚乙烯接枝纳米二氧化硅(POM/PE-LD-g-SiO2)复合材料,并对复合材料的力学、热和摩擦磨损性能进行研究。结果表明,PE-LD-g-SiO2的加入对POM基体具有良好的增强增韧作用,且随着PE-LD-g-SiO2含量的增加复合材料的力学和热性能均呈现先增大后降低的趋势。当PE-LD-g-SiO2的质量分数为4%时,复合材料的力学和热性能均达到最大值;而摩擦系数和体积磨损量逐渐降低,当PE-LD-g-SiO2的质量分数为6%时,达到最小值。Polyoxymethylene(POM) / low density polyethylene garfted nano-SiO2(PE-LD-g-SiO2) composites were successfully prepared with melt-grafting and melt-blending. Mechanical, thermal and friction/wear properties of the composites were studied. The results demonstrated that the strength and toughness of the composites were improved by the induction of PE-LD-g-SiO2. The mechanical and thermal properties of the composites increased first and then decreased with the content of PE-LD-g-SiO2 increasing and these reached a maximum when the mass fraction of PE-LD-g-SiO2 was 4%. The frication/wear properties of the composites decreased with the content of PE-LD-g-SiO2 increasing while the coefficient of friction and the volume of wear reach a minimum when the mass fraction of PE-LD-g-SiO2 was 6%.
