摘  要:利用高聚复配絮凝沉淀技术处理湿法炼锌复合重金属废水;基于在聚合硫酸铁的基础上引入活性硅成分,合成聚合硅酸硫酸铁,在此基础上以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵对其复配改性;考察高聚复配絮凝剂对湿法炼锌废水中Cd、Pb、Zn、As的去除效果及运行工况。结果表明,废水pH调节至8~9,絮凝剂的投加量为0.7 L/m3,能够有效去除湿法炼锌废水中的Cd、Pb、Zn、As,且出水优于铅、锌工业污染物排放标准(GB 25466-2010);处理工艺运行稳定、操作简便。The paper studied the treatment of zinc hydrometallurgy wastewater by Polymer composite flocculants. The polyferric silicate sulfate were synthesised by ferric sulfate and the activity of silicic acid. Based on the polyferric silicate sulfate, modified it with dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride. The removal efficiency of the heavy metal Cd, Pb, As and Zn in the zinc hydrometallurgy wastewater and operating conditions were discussed. The results showed that: the pH ofwastewater adjusted to 8-9, floccialant dosage 0.7 L/m3, Cd, Pb, Zn, As, could be effectively removed from zinc hydrometallurgy waste water, the heavy metal concentration was lower than emission standards of pollutants for lead and zinc industrial standards (GB 25466--2010) ; The treatment process was stable and easy to operate.
