水解酸化+2级好氧处理肌苷生产废水污泥膨胀的控制

摘  要:介绍了某制药厂水解酸化+2级好氧处理肌苷生产废水的工艺特性,对调试过程中出现的污泥膨胀的原因进行了分析,并对所采取的措施及其效果进行了阐述。调试结果表明,进水SO42-质量浓度较高(>100 mg/L)或好氧池进水COD污泥负荷较低(<0.2 g/(g.d))时,好氧池会出现污泥膨胀。投加NaClO(有效氯的经验投加系数6 g/(kg.d))可以在短期内有效遏制污泥膨胀,合理控制进水SO42-含量和好氧池污泥负荷可以有效避免污泥膨胀。Introduced the character of hydrolysis acidification and two stage activated sludge process treating inosine wastewater in a pharmaceutical factory, analyzing the causes of sludge bulking during commissioning period, and discussed the measures taken in and its effect in this paper. Testing results showed that, when the sulfate concentration in the inflow was high (〉 100 rag/L) or the sludge loading of the aeration tank was low (~0.2 g/(g.d), there would be sludge bulking in the aeration tank. Adding NaC10 to the aeration tank (6 g/(kg'd) could reduce the bulking in a short term, control the sulfate concentration and the sludge loading reasonably can avoid sludge bulking effectively.
